Order cancellation can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to Email: email@example.com In the message, please include order number, product name, product size and the reason for raising a cancellation for the item. Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled. We do not offer a return policy, still if you have not unpacked the item/s and want to return them, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note – to and fro delivery cost will be deducted on actual basis at the time of return.
For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products) For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel.
